Who We Are
Perfect Imperfections KY, currently located in Lexington, KY, offers access to personalized mental, drug & alcohol treatment services. Starting with the individual evaluation / assessment, our clinicians will assess for substance abuse, mental, and health fitness. Once assessed, our clinical staff will create a treatment plan individualized for you. We offer: 1 on 1 & group counseling, Intensive outpatient classes as well as sober living coupled with peer support.
